I flew to Chiang Rai which is in the northern part of Thailand to seek new adventures, and boy was I in for a treat. We departed Don Mueng Airport at 7 in the morning and arrived at Chiang Rai around 9, when we got there we went to a famous temple/farm to explore, the monk that owns the temple is supposedly really big in Thailand. We then went to a mirror temple, which was SO amazing. The temple is all white and it is beautiful. It left me speechless 

His farm was beautiful and it had huge statues and architecture all over.  We went to another temple but I forgot what it was called. I went to 5 temples in total and most of them were beautiful and so elegant. 

We stayed at a hotel called De Hug , ( I will do a separate review on it) but it's this new hotel right in the middle of downtown Chiang Rai. Besides going to temples, the highlight of my trip was eating at country clubs and exploring the night market. We went to Santiburi Country Club to have lunch; the only thing that was a plus was the atmosphere, but the food wasn't all that grand.
