Salmon Wasted

Anyone who knows me well knows how much I love smoked salmon. I usually eat it with a bagel, cream cheese and dill sauce. However, today I was feeling a bit "healthy" and wanted my food to look aesthetically pleasing as well. Check out the receipt of this dish below. It's super easy and delicious. 
Ingredients: 

Ezekiel Bread
Costco's Spinach & Artichoke Dip
Costco's Norwegian Salmon 


Fairly simple right? Just toast your bread whip on the spread, put some salmon and dill sauce on top and BAM, you got yourself a 5 star meal. I also love to eat a dish with something sweet.I have a bad habit of gravitating towards cookies, ice cream. However, like I said I felt a bit "healthy" today (*giggles) so I decided to cut up some organic Nectarines. I got them from Whole foods and they were super delicious and juicy. Well, I just wanted to show you my cute dish hehehe. So bye for now
