Inexpensive Home Decor

4:34 PM

I'm the type of person who always likes to change the decor of my room. Therefore, I look to inexpensive home decor to spice up this tiny place of mine! Surprisingly, Target has a section called Target Dollar Spot which is located in the front entrance of most of their stores. Everything ranges from $1-$5. They sell cute stationary items as well as miscellaneous things, all great quality.

There's two sides to me one who loves minimalistic and a monochromatic color palette and the other side that loves bright, neon colors. Usually when Spring starts creeping up I lean towards "pastelly, bright colors" I wanted to decorate my room with something clean and bright to make me feel happy. So here are some items that I got at my local Target Dollar Spot/ Dollar Store. Everything is super affordable and cheap!

Candle Holder turned Flower Pot- $4.00
Yup! This cute little decor piece was only FOUR DOLLARS including the flower. I grabbed this candle holder from the Target Dollar Spot for $3.00 and the silk flower from my local Dollar Tree. I think it's such an effortless piece and it definitely livens up the room!

Wooden Crate- $3.00
What exactly would you call this? A wooden crate? Humm... I'm not too sure but I got it from Target Dollar Spot as well! It retailed for $3.00 and I just put my alarm clock as well as a Bath & Body Works Candle. Just something simple but the different texture of the items makes my night stand look Spring Ready!
Boho Fairy Lights- $3.00
These cute fairy lights were only $3.00, can you believe that? I've seen them everywhere for at least $10.00 or more. Again, I got them at Target Dollar Spot. I love them cause they're not only bright but they have such a cute design on them! I love to mix textures and the more an item has print on it the more I love it!

You should definitely check your local Target for some goodies! I feel like the Dollar Spot is always ignored but next time you go to Target be sure to check it out because you can actually find really cool things. Here are more pictures below!

Ann
