When I first open this product to use the first thing I did was smell it. It doesn't have much of a strong scent, very minimal but "natural." So if you like odorless hair products this is pretty good, even though it has a scent it's not strong or bothersome. The consistency of this product can be summed up to one word: oily. As I apply it to my hair it felt like I was just putting oil into my hair, which I hate. I hate the feel of oil in my hair, when I cook, and everything pertaining to oil. LOL. But for the sake of this review, I did what I had to do.
The instructions say to put it on dry hair and leave it in for 30 minutes. I washed my hair with my Macadamia Oil Shampoo and Conditioner. The one thing I noticed is when I washed the conditioner out of my hair it was much easier and there was little to no tangles at all. Usually when I finish conditioning my hair and wash it there are still plenty of tangles. So one point for Hello Hair.
After washing my hair I usually spray in Carol's Daughter Leave In Spray and comb out my hair. Noticeably my hair is smoother especially my roots where I concentrated the product most. However, with that being said it has only been my first use. You can't really tell how a product actually works just by using it once. Just like exercise or eating vitamins you won't see your results right after. It takes time. But as for recommending the product I would have to get back to you on that to see if I truly like it. Right now the product is ok but knowing that its all natural is also a plus. So I will have to get back to you on that. As for now, I will talk to you later!
