Summer Must Haves
1:12 PM
People either really love summer or completely dread it. I happen to be one of those people that hate summer due to the extreme heat and humidity. Unless I'm on a summer getaway, no thanks. However, there are some things on my list that make summer just a little bit better.
OUAI Wave Spray: Nothing screams summer more than beachy waves. However, with the hot scorching sun the beach is sometimes not an option. This wave spray is by far one one of my favorite products to achieve natural beachy waves. It also has a nice soft citrusy scent to it, which I love.
OUAI Memory Mist: I recently got back into styling my hair again; therefore, I use a bunch of heat. A BIG NO NO for 1. already dried hair and 2. really thin hair. I try not to use heat often but when I do I liked to spray the Memory Mist Prior to curling or straightening. This product keeps my hair "protected" (so they claim). <-- Can't really say much because I'm no hair expert. But the main reason why I'm obsessed with this product because it's a light product and it leaves my hair feeling so soft and shining.
Milani Baked Blush in Bellisimo: In my eyes the best words to describe summer would be "bronzed AF." This baked blush from Milani is on my top summer must haves because the beautiful glowy bronze it gives my face. The blush itself has a tint of orange with specs of shimmer and it just looks so beautiful on the cheeks. You really don't need a lot for this to show up on the skin as well because, one word, PIGMENTED.
Chanel Chance Perfume: A great summer but still sophisticated perfume would be any of the Chanel Chance perfumes. They're great for summer because they are light and not too over powering. I think there are about 3 or 4 in the line. The pink and green bottles are great for a daytime scent. However, the yellow one in this picture is BOMB for nighttime. It's a bit stronger than the others but it's still light enough for a date night.
Sol De Janiero: Like I said summer = bronzed AF. This body oil from Sol De Janiero needs to be in your Sephora cart ASAP. I personally love the "wet, drenched in tanning oil at the beach look." The shimmer in this is insane and the amount of glow it gives when on the skin is seriously drop dead gorgeous. It also has a subtle vanilla scent like their BUM BUM Cream. Last but not least it's also super moisturizing. Only downside is that the product is very messy. I recommend applying it with your hands and don't go overboard because a little goes a long way!

A.
